Well i have had a fab weekend, which i have spent with the girls up at the farm with the ponies....we have done lots of walking with them, bless they are getting cabin fever with being kept in the stable......Bethany has done lots of riding and Melissa has spent hours grooming Domino........
I started a diet yet again last week, but i am determined to lose the weight this time, for our holiday to Florida next march....i intend to go on lots of rides this time around, and sit in the seat on the plane without it being tight.......
I weighted myself this morning and i have lost 4lb with my scales which is pretty good for me cause by now i have usually given up.......

Happy.....
Good morning all.....not updated my blog for a while.....so here goes..
I think i mentioned before christmas that we found out my dad had a brain tumour.....well after a few up and down's with the hospital....he finally went in last wednesday....he had his operation last thursday morning he went down at 10.15am and arrived back on the ward at 4.30pm.....they managed to get all of the tumour and to say we are happy is an understatement.....he came home from hospital on sunday...
He has lost the use of his left arm and his left leg is not that good (he's very unsteady on his feet), but we can cope with this....we just have too wait 2 weeks now for the report to see if he needs further treatment or not...
All so on a lighter note too we have booked a holiday, but not too next March we are going back to Florida and we can't wait, we are on countdown already.......

Very down........
Well my dad has had all the test now and we have found out that he does have a brain tumour......to say i'm devasted is an under statement......life is soooooo cruel, he has had cancer twice before and managed to beat both of them....then we lost my sister Lisa (XxlisaXx) last september and we still haven't come to terms with losing her yet, so having been dealt yet another blow is mind blowing.......
Somehow i know i have to go on going forward with everything for the sakes of my mum and dad and my children but i am finding it a real struggle at the moment........

Happy Birthday Lisa
Well i found this really hard to write yesterday so i though i would leave it for today......
Happy Birthday Lisa, another birthday goes by without being able to see your smiling face and hearing your voice.....it still seems like yesterday since you left us....i hope the angels and you are having fun and doing lots of scrapping.......
Well it's not a good time time for my family at the moment....Lisa's birthday brings us sad times but lots of happy memories.....my dad was taken into hospital on tuesday evening he's not been well for a few weeks, but they suspect he may have a brain tumour.........they are doing every test they possibly can, we just have to wait now for the results......

I've made a birthday card tonight
I must say i am really pleased with myself because i have made a birthday card for a very special friend.....it's been a long time since i've made any cards and i actually enjoyed making it.....
I have used part of my card kit from Sarahscards which came on thursday and part of my own stash..... i am now going to make a start on some christmas cards i think while i'm still in the mood.....will try and upload a photo of the card now

My poor cat
Well it's been a funny sort of day.......very busy at work on my own all day on the tills.....bosses are very happy with the takings thought....
So i come home at 5.30 to find our youngest cat Mia (who's just about 12 months old) in the cat box.......her nose and ear are all cut up, the my hubby tells me that thats not the bad part, her back legs are a mess......so it's off to the vets who confirms that Mia has been hit by a car or something big, so she's at the vets on pain relief over night and tomorrow they are going to x ray her pelvis because it's right, and stitch her back legs up....all to the tune of around £200-£400......but it will be worth it if Mia's ends up ok after....not sure if the bank balance will be ok though lol.....

another day over....
Well thats another day over with at work.....and boy where we busy....i'm off now till tuesday and i'm looking forward to spending some time with my 2 ponies, and hopefully taking lots of photo of Bethany riding her pony.....with good intentions i intend to scrap them.....lol.....but we will see.....
